/ 01 — What we do

We're not building another forum.
We're building the workforce.

Digital infrastructure is the physical layer behind every byte. It runs on people — and the industry is critically short of them. DCYB exists to compound that workforce, in public, with the operators who will define the next decade.

Data Center Youngbloods Expands Global Talent Pipeline as Demand for Digital Infrastructure Accelerates.

/ 03 — Why now

The compute era is power-bound and people-bound.

Capital is flowing. Permits are clearing. Substations are being built. The constraint is no longer dollars or designs. It is the practitioners who can stand sites up, run them at 99.999%, and train the next class behind them.

DCYB closes that gap.

/ 04 — DCYB CERTIFIED PARTNER

Stand with the
next generation.

The industry is at a handoff. The people who built data center infrastructure are starting to pass it to the generation that will run it for the next forty years. The companies that win the talent war are the ones building that relationship now, not when the gap is already costing them.

DCYB sits in the middle of that handoff. We bring together the next generation of operators, engineers, and builders, and we connect them to the companies serious about their future. A DCYB Certified Partner is a company that showed up early and stood with that generation while it mattered.

RU.005

DCYB Certified Partner

The companies building the future, standing with the people who will run it.

DCYB Certified Partner marks a company as an active partner of DCYB, publicly committed to engaging the next generation of operators, engineers, and builders. The badge certifies a real, ongoing relationship, displayed on the company's materials and on the DCYB platform alongside the community they support. The badge certifies the partnership is active. It does not represent an audit or ranking of the company.

Founding rates are offered to the first cohort only, then close permanently. In return, founding partners agree to be named publicly as a DCYB founding partner, to provide one endorsement, and to let DCYB reference the relationship in outreach.

Luke Adams
REF · LA-001On the network

Luke Adams is Co-Founder of Data Center Youngbloods and an Investment Analyst at DPGlobal Assets, where he works hands-on across the full financial and technical lifecycle of digital infrastructure projects, from due diligence through the detailed analysis behind AI infrastructure development. His focus is understanding what actually goes into building a data center, and everything that has to be evaluated and approved before a project breaks ground.

He holds the complete IDCA certification stack, DCIE, DCIS, and DCES, and completed the PTC Beyond Academy Master Class, deepening his expertise across power, cooling, sustainability, and the global digital infrastructure landscape. As a Partner and Financial Analyst at Pura Vida Data Centers, he led the research and built the investor presentation for the project, which is in pre-development as it advances toward its vision of bringing AI infrastructure to Costa Rica, and he presents the opportunity directly to investors.

Luke has spent the last two years immersed in the industry from the inside, engaging directly with its leaders at the events shaping its future. He has become a recognized voice for the next generation, sharing his perspective on NEDAS Live with Ilissa Miller and on JSA TV through the Datacloud Talent in Tech program, where he spoke about what drew him into digital infrastructure, why curiosity is the most important skill a young professional can bring, and his vision for a more sustainable, human-centered industry.

Alongside his co-founder JohnPaul Adams, Luke founded Data Center Youngbloods to close the workforce gap in the biggest infrastructure buildout of our lifetime. The mission is direct. Connect the next generation to careers building the systems that power the AI era.
